South Africa is the group’s growth focus, where it has been building its interests since the year 2000.
In South Africa, Folkes is an active developer and investor in the retail mall, industrial warehouse and mixed use sector, with assets in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban which extend to a total of 1,650,000 SQ FT.
Folkes also holds 25,000 acre agricultural plot in the Eastern Cape.
